We are happy to accept merchandise purchased from our web site within 14 days of purchase. If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package. If your Heave Fitness product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue an exchange or a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.

Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. If your order is placed after 10 AM EST, it will be shipped to you the following business day. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout. Please note: during peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.
